I’m a Certified Professional Empowerment Coach, but I haven’t always been confident in my path. Like many people, I once struggled to find balance and clarity in my purpose. As a wife, mother, and career woman, life felt overwhelming, but with determination, guidance, and persistence, I unlocked my full potential.

My journey spans diverse and transformative experiences: serving as a U.S. Army veteran in Operation Enduring Freedom, working 20 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and shaping young minds as a 7th-grade English teacher for four years. Each chapter brought me closer to my purpose and taught me that surviving and thriving through life’s challenges can inspire and empower others.

I’m the founder of the non-profit organization It’s Not Your Fault 91, Inc. and a four-time published author. My mission is simple: to help you harness your strength, align with your purpose, and step confidently into your best life—because my survival is the key to your success.

As a professionally trained and experienced empowerment coach, I uphold the skills and tools to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
